  ALETA ROUNDTREE   As the Director of Operations, Aleta is responsible for all day-to-day functions of Summit's Edge and ensuring that all of our clients' needs are met. In addition to being part of our team, she is also a field advocate and community leader releasing her positive energy through her own non-profit, the  Ready Set Grow Foundation .

  DARON ELAM   Daron is the proud Owner and Managing Therapist of Summit's Edge, LLC. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board Certified Counselor and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and utilizes DBT-informed therapy. She specialized in Trauma and Crisis Counseling with interest in adults and couples who are in recovery from childhood sexual abuse or sexual assault and particularly loves to work with personality disorders where there is a trauma history.

Celia is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Celia believes in empowering her clients to find meaning and purpose in their life through exploring their family culture, understanding their emotions and behaviors, and creating an open and welcoming atmosphere for all parts of her clients.

Celia has a particular interest in treating complex PTSD, attachment issues, eating disorders, relationship issues, anxiety, and barriers preventing individuals from being their best selves in their life, career, and relationships. Celia is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Celia believes in empowering her clients to find meaning and purpose in their life through exploring their family culture, understanding their emotions and behaviors, and creating an open and welcoming atmosphere for all parts of her clients.

  ALEX PESKIN   Alex is a Board Certified Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who studied at the University of Florida and has experience with diverse representations of individuals, couples, and families throughout his career. He works with adult individuals interested in gaining insight about their unique life challenges and building the confidence to grow and to create the fulfilling life they desire. Alex also works with couples who seek a revitalized connection and partnership bond. Learning to reach for the person who matters most in your life and having them reach back with care and love is a delicate but powerful process. Alex’s ongoing training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy helps him to facilitate this process with sensitivity and patience. Alex also provides MFT supervision to students and clinicians working toward licensure, as well as clinicians seeking professional consultation.
